Card of the Day: Ace of Wands

Rather than the deck itself, I pulled a card from the query section at the Artists Inner Vision website and got the Ace of Wands.

Two today, Ace of Swords & Queen of Wands

Contemplating a big, new project whilst going through all my tarot decks, and seeing how many I want to keep, and which I am able to part with these days.

I pulled the Ace of Swords from The Healing Tarot, Rev. Jennifer Moore 's deck,

and then the Queen of Wands from Dave McKean's Vertigo.

Both rather reassuring.

This is the actual card I pulled this morning, one of the few decks I own that also has images on line and among my favourites.

I'm away from home and still using the Origins deck, hence 8 of Bloods.

I accept the last of the meanings: movement; moving, relocating.

I was unfamiliar with this self published desk and it looks quite fabulous.  It does not, however, appear available anymore at the designer-artist's selling site.

Card of the Day: 8 of Swords

The last two days have been a jumble so that I did yesterday what I should have done today, and I forgot an appointment, something I rarely, if ever do.

So a Sword seems appropriate.
